No, headphones are not allowed.

Due to the narrow trail on most of our events, passing is difficult... with music in your ears it will be even harder for a person behind you to get your attention.

In addition, race volunteers or staff may need to get your attention to direct you or warn you of danger ahead.

Wearing headphones may be cause for disqualification from race results.
