On occasion, an event will have to be moved or postponed (usually due to wet trail / weather). Your entry will automatically be set for a postponed or re-located event. 

If you cannot attend the postponed date, contact us (preferably by e-mail) and we can move your entry to another event of equal or lesser value. You must notify us of this change before the close of online registration of the re-schedule or your alternate event, whichever comes first. Registration generally closes Wednesday night prior to each race.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on events under $30. There are many expenses incurred and transaction fees charged.
